Hi, I'm Twinset, a stressed out and panicky parent of 3 small children. I know I need help, but am not good at asking for it. Also the thought of using medication to help terrifies me!!
Have high hopes of finding support here and not feeling quite so hopeless!!!!

If you feel you need medication then dont fear taking it. Its there to help. I resisted it for a few months and tried propranolol but I was getting worse so I decided to try fluoxetine. 3 months on im doing so much better. Its not a miracle cure, you still have to work quite hard yourself but it gives you the mental breathing space to get better. Especially with 3 small children, I doubt you get much down time!
