Hi everyone been suffering from anxiety for quite a while but the last month it's got worst :( I keep getting pains in my head like a burning sensation can this be due to feeling panick I'm so scared having chest pains scared that I'm going to die :( just want to feel normal again every little pain I have my mind god over active and thinks worse I try to think positive but noting helps I'm really scared
