hello rabbit, I have been suffering from an anxiety disorder off and on for the past 30 years so I understand what you are going through really. I tried CBT for a short time too but I didn't find it very helpful and I now see a psychiatrist every couple of months plus I am taking respiridone and sertraline

Hi and welcome :)

Panic attacks can be overcome with learnt techniques, either with or without medications... you will get there! There's a really good information page on them on the list on the left of this page.

I hope you get your psychotherapy appointment soon, and get on the road to getting your life back on track.

hello I saw your post and am new to this website, I believe it is about experimenting with the right meds and keeping busy to start to get you on a positive momentum... it has to be the right meds though, once you have cracked that the problematic issues should almost go.:winks:
