Really scared help

I ended up going urgent care walk in centre because of really fast heart rate and breathlessness and the doctor tested my urine and found my creatine is high i am really scared i have something wrong with my kidneys i have been feeling unwell for weeks now with weakness palpitations and not being able to sleep could anyone please help about this high creatine

I don't know about kidney problems Helen, but I can only hope to reassure you that the doctor is aware and you will be taken care of no matter what the problem. Try not to google it as Dr google can make you very anxious indeed!! You could always call your doctor and ask him to explain a little more about what the results mean and where you go from there? Have some questions written down so you don't lose track as he/she is speaking.
