I've 24 and I've always been pretty healthy and used to work out quite a bit. Since I started having anxiety/panic attacks though I feel like my heart rate won't come down and that I can't catch my breath even when I just jog for 15 seconds to get to the bus or climb a hill, minor things like that. Is this something I should worry about? Could it just be anxiety or should I have tests done?
