Sunburn feeling on parts of body...

Hi,can anyone else relate to this? its the feeling of being sunburnt in random parts of my body,it is worse when i lean against something,feels like i am burning up but temp is normal...can anyone help please?:ohmy:

I've been getting this a lot lately, also the skin can turn red too
Don't do what I did lol I ended up with a low body temperture due to feeling so warm but in fact my body was cold.
I get it on random parts of my face, neck, chest, side of arms, fingers.
Like I said the skin can turn red too n feel warm to the touch.
Placing something cool on the warm areas might help.
I sometimes get like one red hot finger n then one cold one.

Being low on any of the b vitamins can cause odd sensations.
Actually the hot sensations have been slightly better since I improved my diet n been sleeping a bit better.

Thanks for the reply,its kind of helped calm me down a bit:)yes my hands are very red too,feel like i have a fever,i was just sat next to the dog and it was far worse like the heat i could feel off him was passing on to me....is it a stress thing do you think?

i had this over my whole body when i had a bad virus ... it eventually went away. I felt crazy though trying to explain it to people!!
