hi i had my first what i no now as a panic attack back in 60s had no idea what it was i was 12yrs old doctors looking for some thing physicaly wrong and nothing was found so that was the end of that did not get any dignosed till the 80s as i had suffed all those years just struggled through my every day became agraphobic but was able to go out with family or a friend i felt safe with but these past few yrs its took hold and i dont go out at all just thinking of it makes my heart race i am trying eft at the minute and they want to know what started it i dont really believe what ever started it will end it as it is now a habbit of feeling this way as any one els had thearpy of any kind were they want to know how it all started i dont do meds to afraid of side effects and dont believe there is a pill that changes the way we think if there was i would take it in a heart beat as thats were the problem is in how minds take care all trish xx
