Question about my dose...

I'm on diazepam to help me sleep. Recently though, I've noticed that it's not making me sleep at all, more like making me jumpy/hyper hense me being online at nearly 2am.

I take 1 pill - 2mg - in the morning and 2 pills - 4mg - at night. My question is could I take all 3 pills together at night? Would that help me sleep better? Or will it make me jumpier?

I've been on it for 2 weeks now...

I am NOT a Dr but diazepam isnt the best for sleeping.
If you need something, youd be better off with a dedicated tablet like I take stilnox (zolpidem tartrate). It works only on sleep and not anxiety and you dont get used to it so fast like you do diaz. You will need more and more diaz to sleep. I dont know about the jumpy side of things but I take more than that so the dose shouldnt be a problem but its not really for sleep.
