Left Shoulder pain what if?

This is driving me mad I have had 3 steroid injections into my left shoulder last one was in November and it is really hurting again. Good thing is it is only sore when I move it or lift it so I dont think it is cardiac I was told I had an impignment of my left shoulder I think I slept on it the wrong way last night.

Hi Gordie, maybe your doctor might consider a course of physiotherapy? Seems like the injections are only dealing with the pain and not the cause. Might be worth another visit?
