Feel really tense and tight in my body like i am being squeezed,can anyone relate? i dont even know why,feels like something bad is gonna happen.

You need to take deep breaths in, hold it for 4 seconds and let it out through your mouth very slowly. Repeat this about 5 times. It should help you to relax :hugs:

Thanks Annie,why can't i accept it for what it is?my mind thinks its some horrific illness,i was'nt even thinking about anything bad when it happened just automatically kicked in?:hugs:

It sometimes happens when we least expect it. I can be enjoying watching something on tv and the next second panic! Just remember the breathing exercises and it will bring the panic/tension down :)
