Hello everyone,

So this is all new. I'm a firefighter/paramedic from the USA (I have noticed a lot of you are from the UK) and have recently had a horrible bought with anxiety. I've found this site extremely helpful reading and browsing. I figure what I'm dealing with is mostly health anxiety from a slight worry to a full out panic attack . Which quite possibly was the worst feeling I have ever experienced. This seems like a great community and I can't wait to be able to meet and get to know you all.
