Yeh I watch it I think it's a great programme. I'm just abt to watch last nights episode. Mind you I don't speak to my therapist like Rae does.:)

haha i dont speak to mine like that either..... but yeh i loved that programme... the last one made me cry.... cant believe its finished :(

I loved the program! So many things Rae did, thought and said was so similar to me. I am so glad that they didn't use any stereotypes. I loved how on the last program Rae stands up on stage and tells everyone what's wrong, she made it sound as if being ill was OK, like people get the flu or diabetes. There's nothing to be ashamed about.

This is a MASSIVE step to ending stigma and discrimination. Ok, there will never be an end to it but it will be better understood and treated as an illness, which it should be.

yeh it was fab to watch and i want to get the book of it too as there the book out of it apparently.
