Hi all,
Having had my first experience of HA a few months ago, and thinking it was A one off I am back to square one.
Apologies if too much info, but my stools have been erratic for a few weeks and I have found little white dots and white pieces in them, and on one occasion a little undigested food.
I have been to the docs and been prescribed acid reflux meds and told to go back in 2 weeks for blood tests ( the do. Said hopefully it would have cleared up by then).
Now I am in a right state, thinkIng the worst etc. and getting physical anxiety symptoms, also didnt sleep a wink last night. I'm not looking for a diagnosis, I think it just seems like venting on here will help me. The doc also put me on meds for anxiety which take a little while to kick in. Hopefully those will calm me down enough to function as a human being for the rest of this horrible wait!
