Anxiety at work today

hey all! i had my anxietys at work today. well i was froze & i had terrible awfull gut feelins like wen your frightend & i just felt well anxious. & my breathing sped up. & i just walkd about to stop it all. & it help especialy when i got warmer i felt better. but i,ve had that before. i think the cold brings on my anxietys. does it any1 else. xxxxxx:bighug1:

I've never found that cold brings on my anxiety, but certainly when you're cold in your office you're bound to feel stressed and tense and maybe it's no surprise you felt bad! But you proved to yourself that you can deal with it and you handled it well :) That's a great thing! X
