Day 19 - Citalopram Withdrawal

Hi Everyone,

Today has been an off day. I seem to be getting flu (not sure yet because so many symptoms are the same) and feel really nauseas and dizzy again.

Emotionally not a great day either ... Tomorrow has to be better!

Hey, will be interesting to see your progress and withdrawal from Citalopram. Stay positive and im sure things will gradually get better, tomorrow is another day and hopefully you feel a bit better in the morning. Hope everything goes ok for you.

I myself am withdrawing from Sertraline at the moment, I had been tapering down for a good month or so and took my last table about 10 days ago. I haven't been feeling to bad in terms of anxiety but I have found myself feeling quite depressed and just fed up with everything. Also I am very angry all the time at the moment. I have been feeling dizzy on and off aswell but nothing to extreme.
