I feel fine in terms of anxiety and so on but I am still dizzy and afraid of falling.
I think a normal person would wait until they actually fell but it's just not getting any better. I wish I just new 100% that there is nothing wrong with me.
But nobody can give you that type of re-assurance.
This dizziness is preventing me from going outside/ and even barely move around the house now because I feel weird. Could there somehow be something wrong with my spine?
Or im still sensitive to movement because of 6 months of anxious state/ that's what all the doctors seem to think anyway.
Any suggestions?
