all different feelings need help

Hi, I have suffered from health anxiety for as long as i remember and to be fair I have got better ish. but today and during every period my anxieties come back and I think all sorts.
At the moment my cheeks are bright red and burning my stomach is hurting and my head is spinning, and sort brest/chest on left hand side. oh and i have got a sore throat and a metallic taste that wont go away.
I sit down and ponder over these feelings and try and figure out what they are so far ive got :

cheeks - dont know but feel very hot
stomach : wind, ibs and today i took an imodian to stop my watery stools.
head spinning: prob over thinking :wacko:
sort breast/chest : prob wind again
sorethroat/metallic taste - basic sore throat.

I worry im gonna have a heart attack or summat serious will happen with all the pains that i am experiencing plus being overweight dosnt help the matter.

dont know what to do or what to think and have got no one else to turn to because they just tell me shut up.

Hi,

A lot of those things can be a symptom of anxiety itself...hope you get on top of your feelings soon, i'm sure when your anxiety lessens (and for me it always does at some point) some of those symptoms will not seem so bad.
