hi there,
im a middleaged woman who has been diagnosed with severe anxiety, and after suffering ocd for 35 years have finally admitted it to my doctor,
i have been prescribed sertralin and diazepam for when i get really bad,
have had episodes through the years but none as bad as this, so hope that chatting to others might help me
