New symptom-creeping sensation

I'm just sitting watching tv not feeling anxious and under my eye on my cheekbone I can feel like a creeping feeling. It comes and goes and only on the one side and it only lasts a few seconds. I'm terrified I'm going to have a stroke though cos its on the left side. Has anyone else had this? Is it anxiety or could it be something worse????

dont know if this is the same thing but ive got this twitching feeling under my eye left side for weeks now and its driving me mad when you touch it you can feel a buzzing feeling

i do know this is caused from stress anxiety tiredness and eye strain the eye strain i can relate from the over use of me phone and laptop

Yes I have this feeling over my scalp it makes me keep itching and touching myself x
