hi everyone I am Mandy and im 37, I live in woking, surrey. I have been having panic attacks on and off over the last 10 years since I had my second child.
Just a few days ago they came back with a vengeance and my wonderful new partner found this site for me.
I am so scared right now, but I hope with a little help I can come out the other side again and be the strong and independant person I normally am.
I felt so alone in this and now i know i am not it makes all the difference to me. Thank you for this wonderful site!!!! i am sure it will help me through this tough time..

Welcome aboard, Mandy.

I'm glad your boyfriend found this site, as it has proved to be so helpful to so many people like yourself.

I too come from Woking, and run a self-help group in town twice a month. If you think that may help you, click on the link below or feel free to PM me for more info about it.
