Post Nasal Drip

Is so terrible right now. I am constantly clearing throat and feeling like I can't breathe and maybe will choke on the drip. Need some reassurance right now. This is turning into a panic attack.
I am feeling very frustrated. Lately the HA comes out of no where when I am having a good day and bam there it is. Any help much appreciated.

I have had Post nasal Drip for years and i understand how you feel. Don't let it turn into a panic attack.

You could try over the counter antihistamine's they can reduce it some what. And also raising your pillow when you sleep..

I seen something on foxnews about a product called lavi nasal spray it has dead sea salt in it and is said to be good.

I have post nasal drip too went to docs he gave me nasonex nasal spray I also drink water to reduce the phelm in my throat

I have this I've had steroid sprays all kinds nothing worked was in boots an seen them otrivine about 2 pound their nose drop thought I'd give them ago I couldn't believe it they totally cleared my nose well worth a go .

if you can't get any relief, you should consider going to an ENT specialist...is the drip coming out both nostrils
