Hi everyone!
I'm Johnny, 25 and my anxiety causes me to suffer from GAD, OCD and now recentyl BDD (all the 3 letter ones).
Most of my problems are from anxiety so at least i know where to start kind of.
I'm your typical constant worrier about anything and over the past few years i developed OCD & BDD but i got my OCD under control (if that is possible) but recently BDD has got relly worse and brought out all my insecurities.
I don't get panic attacks rather get anxieous and a racing heart beat aroud large groups of people plus being a introvert so talking to people makes it even harder.
But luckily i wrok and just finished uni so it has'nt taken over my life.
