Fear of being poisoned/drugged ?

does anyone get this? just spent ages cooking chicken dinner and whilst eating it came across this tiny red thing about the size of a grain of rice,threw my tea away and now freaking out thinking someone has put poison/drugs in there,really wound up waiting for something to happen...:ohmy:ps this type of fear happens all the time with me..

There are a variety of explanations for the red dots but all of which are safe. I admit I went through a phase of thinking someone was trying to poison me too, especially when I was in a hospital ward. But the fact remains i'm not dead and you're not dead either so you can't have imbibed or eaten poison :).
