Hi, im susanne 32yrs young and mother to 5 adorables. my first experience of anxiety/panic was november last yr woke up at midnight with a strange feeling of confusion and loss of control, honestly thought i was going insane, got an emergency app the next day at docs and was prescribed diazepam this helped for time being as doctor put it down to stress of christmas, went back after new yr with same problem and im now taking propranolol. my anxiety comes and goes.
