Wondering if anyone has any tips for me?

I enjoy my job and work well when I'm there but as soon as I finish my shift I start thinking over everything I've done, that I've missed something or done something wrong. I've discussed it with my manager who is aware of my anxiety and she's more than happy with my work and says there is nothing I need to change. But once my mind starts going I can't stop thinking and worrying about everything I've done!

Anyone else suffer from this or have any tips?

I've been like this in the past and it's awful , always self analysing and now I'm older I describe this behaviour of mine more like, being to damn hard on myself!!! I think we should think so what if we do wrong I'm sure management would say in an instant! You know how good you are and conscientious - don't worry hun.

Ps I love your caption about the stars- where did you get that from?

i might have written your post myself. Im exactly the same as you.
I worry all weekend about work.Panic the night before i go in and its always fine.I just feel the pressure and I worry about criticism...plus my boss is a cow!!!

I dont have any tips for you. Im looking for a new job cos mine is the cause of most of my anxiety.
