when I went to a&e a while back, the doctor told me I was in a hyperadrenergic state and that I wasn't using the left side of my brain. I'm a bit confused by this.
He gave me some mindfullnes exercises to do, so I could relief my symptoms.
Could someone clarify this for me, if anyone knows what I'm on about. many thanks
