hi just want to have access on the chatroom but i just couldnt get in :(

What's happening when you try, Pepperutchie?

I had a few probs at first, and found if I open chat in a new window completely, not just a new browser tab, it works fine.

What's the problem pepper? I've checked your profile and you have access. Try:

Disabling the pop-up blocker
Updating Java
Rebooting your PC

I assume you're not trying to access it on an iPad?

well when i go to chatroom it says joining please wait but it will take too long but still woulnt open :(

It sounds like you are blocking pop-up windows

mine takes a long long time to log in too, it normally gets there eventually though,

Java has updated recently too, and sometimes you need to click something to allow it to run

Have you tried it more than once?

I assume you have java installed and enabled and you are not behind a firewall of some sort.

Have you tried different browsers as well?
