Hi Everyone
Just a quick update.
On Day 22 I started feeling marginally better, most of the symptoms dropped to mild and found I was almost happy. It lasted for 2.5 days ... On day 24 (yesterday) I started feeling the tiredness, nausea, verigo/dizziness and headaches again ... and emotionally I felt sad again.
I am at work today and feel really unwell, but only have 4.5 hours left to the end of the day so pretty sure I can make it.
Mostly I am frustrated with the whole process, I was hopeful that it was finally all over, that my stupid brain has finally made all its adjusting it had to make and that I would feel more like myself again.
Anyone know why it seems to go away and come back? How long will this go on for. I can manage the mild symptoms, but the intensity of both the physical and emotional symptoms are getting me down.
