i went to my first wellbeing clinic at my surgery the other day...seemed ok, i am going to fill out some sheets about my goals etc...
before i went i was sent one of those test sheets through the post about how i was feeling, when i filled it out my score was 'severly depressed'...which was what i expected....i didnt hand it in..i felt too embarrased, i had to take my 4 year old with me...when i re done the test at the surgery i was moderatly depressed..but i felt like i couldnt tell them the truth. i didnt want to look like an irrisponable parent.....i felt too embarassed as she went through it all with me asking me about the suicidal thoughts etc...
im not taking any meds at the min...but was wondering...if anyone had tried prozac as someone said it is quite good?
btw how would i know if i suffered from bipolar??
