Hello!
My name is Jonny, I thought i would join this site because a lot of you guys are in the same boat as me, and it would be nice to have someone to talk to about my issues.
for years I have had anxiety, mainly the fear of throwing up I also have a lot of low confidence. I'm so afraid of being judged by people..and I don't leave house much. I was just wanting some advice on what to do about this..have any of you defeated your anxiety? just wanting to know how to go about it because its getting worse and its ruining my life.
not sure if i needed to post a separate thread but any help would be appreciated.
