Strange crawling sensation..

Has anyone ever experienced a strange crawling sensation in a part of their body? I have it now in my right calf. I've had tingling in it on and off for a month or so (related to a lower back problem I have been getting osteopathic treatment for?) but tonight it feels like lots of tiny ants are crawling all over my calf just under the skin.

Can anyone relate to this??

Hiya I'm glad someone has posted this I had it for a few months on my arms and it drove me mad ! It was worse when I was wearing something with sleeves I was told its anxiety related x
