Sore throat on and off

Hiya I keep getting a sore throat on and off its not very sore just slightly and people keep saying I clear my throat all the time it's been going on a few months is it anxiety related or something else any advice please it is on one side mainly x

Could be about 100 different things, most likely allergy or reflux or simply a normal variation of the human body. Everyone gets these from time to time - my 4 year old has had a cough for about 2 months - I doubt she's terminally ill.
