ive had panic attacks and general horrible anxiety for the last month and have had to miss a good ten days of work because i cant even get through my day at home without feeling anxious. Went into work today to see how I would be but started to have a panic attack rigt in front of my boss and we spoke a bit about the fact that ive missed a lot of days and he seemed generally dissapointed with me but understood that i would not be able to work today.
Now im stewing at home and making myself feel worse and worse about everything thhats wrong in my life and really guilting myself about my job because i just really dont want to lose my job over something like this.
