Symptoms while sleeping

Does anyone wake up in the middle of the night exhibiting symptoms? I'm freaking out right now! I feel like when I wake up in the night with symptoms they will stay with me all day!

Yep,can't breath,tingly,confused,disorientated,pounding heart....

Pounding heart! I've had this quite a few times recently.

I also sometimes wake up and where ive been sleeping on my back for a while the back of my head feels numb, I think this has something to do with my posture/shoulder tension.
