As some of you know I have battled Insomnia on and off for a while. I am pretty sure its anxiety related as Citalopram seems to work quite well... most of the time. Last nite I rather foolishly took Cannabis, Zopiclone,diphenhydramine and Doxlymamine to get myself to sleep which if I am honest as frightened me a bit. I have been waiting about 3 months for the NHS Mental health team to get back to me as I'm due to see a psychiatrist about my Anxiety issues.
What I am wondering is if I manage to deal with this anxiety disorder will the insomnia stop?
Has anyone had anything similar and beaten it?
