Anyone else feel listless ?

is it anxiety related because i don't feel scared...just feel nothingness

I am sure mine is anxiety related and also a lot to do with the time of year..I am always worse in the winter.

I feel like this regularly, I have no idea why and I find it really hard to overcome. I had it that bad on Sunday I did not get out of bed until 2pm and I had loads of things to do. I seem to be a lot better if I make plans about what I am going to do the next day and I seem to wake up with slightly more positivity.
