Am I on week 1 or week 6??

I want to know what week I'm technically on of Citalopram.

I started 10mg on 5th Jan 2013. I did that for one month. Then upped to 20mg for a week. Then upped to 30mg for a week. So technically am I on week 1 or week 6 because I still feel sodding awful and no different.
I know the meds work but prehaps the dose increase means I'm technically on week 1 still??:shrug:

I vote for week 4 - somewhere in the middle, you're defo not on week 1.

It won't be long now and you'll be laughing, dancing and drinking cider again, and if you're not doing those things then maybe that's the problem :D

I would say try not to count up the weeks you have been on it - when citalopram works you'll begin to see little changes. To be honest, I didn't totally see the benefit until a good couple of months in. I started mine back in september I think, and this week I really started to think...."wow, I feel GREAT!"
