Pain in right hip, lower back - help

Am struggling at the moment. Have had right sided back pain for weeks which docs say is a sprain. Now the pain has changed in that it is really painful when I sit down. Everytime I sit I get a deep aching pain which goes from the top of my buttock, hip area into my lower back all on the same side. As soon as I move from the position the pain is much better with just twinges. Could this still be muscula? I'm so scared it's cancer?

I am sure it is muscular as I have the same thing. It is worse when I am in bed and often wakes me. Doesn't bother me much when I am moving around. I went to see a physio yesterday which confirmed that it is muscular. It was much better last night after he had worked on the muscles. I am going for another session next week.

Mine keeps me awake most of the night. It has started again this afternoon in my right hip. A heat pad or hot water bottle helps.
