dizziness! please answer!

hi ya i know that anxiety causes dizziness but what im experiencing is different, when im at work (in retail shop) and im rushing around and working up a sweat i tend to get dizzy and i have to stop until the feeling passes. does any one else get this? im scared that ill collapse one of these days. im healthy 26yr old :) thanks x

I get this but just associate it as part of anxiety.

well i did aswell but thought it must be physical, it isnt nice!

It isn't nice, I often have to sit down until I 'come back to earth' :)

haha thats exactly how i feel but i work on a customer service desk so its hard when you feel half awake

Are you able to have a bottle of water with you? Sometimes sips of water can help.

yea i do and i also keep biscuits in my pocket incase its low blood sugar
