Oatcake

Hi, I'm Oatcake (Not my real name, obviously!) and I'm a thirty-something with GAD. I'm off work at the moment, and starting to feel a bit better, which is the best I've been in a long time. Thinking time has been a real healer. However, it does not mean I'm "cured", or I wouldn't be writing this from the comfort of my bed at 5am, tapping away under my duvet so that I don't wake my fiancé!
I'm looking forward to getting to know some new people, and finding out about how you handle your symptoms. I'm feeling pretty good just now, but as I'm sure you're all familiar with, things can change pretty fast. "Such fun", as they say on a certain TV programme!
