Hi all. I'm Bobby and I am 27.

I was told of this site by someone else following a slump. I only just recently plucked up the courage to go and see my gp about this (whole different story) after realising it was probably depression plaguing me for the last 5 years and not just a bad mood lol.

Not really sure what else to say or what I'm doing as yet.

One question.

I have seen a forum depression linked to panic or anxiety would that be the forum I use? I have been diagnosed with depression but no anxiety history and can't find a specific forum.

Or I'm missing it :-)
