whole body aches

now i did get soaked in the rain yesterday, well not soaked but damp

i woke up this mornoing chest tight and severe heaviness in both shoulders and neck kinda stiff. my shoulders feel like lead weights and this has not set me on full panic alert

any advice would be appreciated

have taken 2 paracetamol and 2 2kalms but no difference

Try a soak in a hot bath, it may relieve the aches.

:( Maybe a microwavable heat pad or hot water bottle on your neck. It sounds like you may be coming down with a cold or chest infection. x

hubby said i have a temperature so u could be right, i just had the dreaded (oh dear its heart related thoughts)
