Hi, I have found myself worrying about yet another symptom. As I have posted lately, on top of the nerve issues I've had in the last year, I've had issues with the top of my left hand feeling really tight (only happens certain times, usually started by typing on the computer, possibly pinched nerve in elbow), my mom says she gets that..
Anyway, in the last 2 weeks I have noticed a symptom when I try to talk in a normal voice, Its a weird feeling, not so much tightness, in the muscle but like the muscles arent moving all the way. I guess it could be called a tight feeling though on my bottom jaw, almost like my jaw doesn't move as much as I want it to when I talk..If I raise my voice a little, it seems to be ok. I do know I have TMJ, as well as extreme stress/anxiety lately. Has anyone ever felt a difference in jaw tightness or talking with anxiety? Of course im worried its a muscle disease.
