help needed for sleep

Hi

What do you take other than meds from doctor to help with your sleep that work.

I'm on venlafaxine, so anything like st John wort,verlerian will interact with it.

So do you take anything other than these??

To help me get to sleep I have a cup of lavender tea before bed and a bath with lavender oils. I have also bought one of those pillows with speakers fitted in. I downloaded some sleep music from http://www.easysleepmusic.com/ there may be other sites though where it may be cheaper if you look around.
