Hi all,

hi everyone, my names fiona and i'm 22. Ive been suffering from panic attacks for roughly 5 years. They come and go generally and i havent suffered for about a year, but recently theyve got worse and Ive begun suffering from General anxiety as well, my GP recommended this site for information on how to cope with the anxiety. Hope you are all well.
