Hey guys. So the other week I had a horrible relapse with my anxiety and though I was back where I started again. Had a good hour and half with my therapist who said thats normal.
So I have been at stay at home mum for 5 years, I left my job just before I fell pregnant so its been a good 6 years without working!
I got the job at my daughters school as lunchtime assistant to cover sick days and holidays. I started tuesday and will work this week and all next and its made such an improvement to my anxiety! Its only an hour a half a day but I love it!
The first day I felt very panicky walking up there but soon settled down once I was there.
Just getting out the house for a while and speaking to different people is great.
I am proud of myself :D
