really need some reassurance please

I have a tooth ache so stupidly got a torch and looked at it in the mirror then well, I got carried away with looking at the rest of my mouth.

I found two spot things on both sides of my mouth. It's where my two back teeth are on the gum bit.. they are the exact same both side so my husband said it can't be cancer as I wouldn't have them both sides.

I googled pics of normal mouths and couldn't see any on those pics.

If they are both sides and exactly the same it could just be normal, right?

I have already been twice last month to see my dentist over other lumps and bumps but they didn't look at that part of my mouth I don't think.

I wish I could explain them.. they aren't lumps, more like two spots.

I really want to sleep tonight. I need to have a regular dental check up and can probably get in sometime next week but that is so long to wait.

You really need not worry about spots in the mouth they are so rarely anything to worry about. If you took ten people and looked with a torch you would find so many different lumps and bumps. Some just form a pattern around your teeth andas your husband says really wouldnt be even.
My husband had a scare and ended up at a mouth specialist who said to him he was fine and it was so very rare to get mouth cancer. He said out of 62 million people only about 2000 would get it and that only about 200 if they didnt smoke or an alcoholic. It really is a rare one and doesnt look like you expect it to anyway. Please dont lose any sleep over it that will make you more run down and likely to result in things like mouth ulcers which will add to your fears. A dentist certainly would have seen it :)

If you have recently been to the dentist then they would have defiantly spotted them out if anything was wrong. They may not have been looking in that area for anything, but the mouth is a small place they would never have been able to miss them if they were an issue.xxx
