do i need to incease my dose?

Hi ive been taking propanolol for just over a week for dizziness and anxiety. Not sure if its anxiety causing dizziness or dizziness causing anxiety. Anways i was rold to take 10mg twice a day bt it made me very spaced out and couldnt function jus wanted to sleep so the drtold me to take 10mg at night before bed this helped for a few days bt my anxiety has creeped up during the day again. Does this mean i should try it during the day again or csn these tablets make anxiety worse. I hate taking tablets. Any advice wud be great

You can get heightened anxiety when you first start up new meds, have a look pm the leaflet at SE if you don't like doing this ask your OH to look for you.

You could try 5mg on the morning and see how you go,
