I feel stuck.

Hello, I'm Atalia.

I have Generelized Anxiety Disorder and have an intense fear of death.
I literally am not able to get the thought out of my head.
So, I signed up for this for advice.
I know I've been told I need to be mindful, but I find it really hard to do.
