Hey guys, have any of you been through VRT to help you with balance disorders? I'd be grateful to hear of your positive experiences if you have.
I just started rehab exercises 3 days ago and my balance is much worse now, I feel really bad and had a terrible night with lots of vertigo. I know that it has to get worse before it gets better, but it'd be nice to hear from someone who has experienced the same and had success afterwards.
If you've had bad experiences with VRT (like it didn't work for you for example), please don't tell me, I really just need positive stories right now.
I keep going to a website that explains how it can make you feel worse before you feel better, just to keep my faith that I will get over this.
